  Guy was extremely rude and arrogant. To be fair he was also extremely shorthanded by the looks of things. However that's really not the customers fault. I asked about a model year for a vehicle part and his exact words to me were " well since I'm busy right now, gonna have to say Nope don't got it!!" How unprofessional does it get?
