  From the Front Desk staff; to the Housekeeping staff; to my personal favorite, the Bartender; everybody were absolutely fabulous. My wife and I travel extensively, and we are members of all the big hotel chains reward programs, and usually use those hotels first. Our stay at the Oxford Suites Hermiston has been complaint free, with one exception. The initial room, although clean and comfortable, had the smell of smoke, despite the entire hotel being non-smoking. The Front Desk staff were quick to act. We were immediately moved to another room. The level of service rivals the big chains at many levels. The hotel's restaurant's food quality was good. Food came out warm. Most importantly, the beer at the bar was COLD. Staying at the Oxford Suites Hermiston was a good choice.
